Cyberghost is great value for money. Ipred gave me slightly better throughput though but only was linked to one country and was seven time times the special deal price.
The other issue as that some ISP like Sky see this vpn traffice, as bad (possibly films to them?) so may really restrict your bandwidth to some miserable speed - say 80K on a bad day, and 33% of your bandwith most times. The only reported work around it to go over to their business fibre package.
I am not worried about being monitored by 'the man', but am with my IPS selling, or giving away my details to anyone who asks.0 -
I used to use expat shield, but now with the latest version it's gone to pot and I can't get back to my previous version. That was free and I thought I was gonna have to fork out.
But I saw the suggestion for Zenmate posted above and I tried it.
Took less than 5 minutes to set up.
It's free
Works well even better than my good version of expat shield.
Just watched the latest series of Foyles War and no buffering even on my 1 Mbps internet connection.
Try it.
It's great and free.:TIt's your money. Except if it's the governments.0
