G24 again- not sure where i stand

G24 are in the IPC so they have probably given you 21 days to appeal to the IAS, using the online system and your pcn number
if you read other threads on here , some say appeal anyway, even though its a kangaroo court with little chance of winning, others say ignore as up to now G24 dont do court (but this can go on for 6 years, with debt collector letters etc)
the general thought is appeal anyway, expect to lose but hope to win , then ignore if you lose
the NEWBIES thread does explain this with a link to a thread, so I suspect you have not read it
its your choice
ps:- any appeal to the IAS is a bespoke appeal, written by YOU
in simple terms, there are NO template appeals for the IAS, so dont look for any , you write one yourself, even if its based on bespoke appeals written by others in similar circumstances0 -
Thanks. I have gone back over the thread.
Yes its the IAS appeal in 21 days. Will now read about appeals0
