G24 again- not sure where i stand

Hi, just spent a lot of time confusing myself with the huge information available here.
I have a lease care from via my work (Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust).
I received an email with a scanned copy of the contractual parking charge notice. It is addressed to the Trust.
My trust was going to automatically deduct the notice from my wages. I have stopped them doing that and have taken the responsibility of the notice.
The parking in question was Christmas Eve where I pulled into an empty car park to answer my phone. i was there 12 minutes.
I’m not sure what to do in regards to what type of letter to write- as keeper or driver or just ignore.
I realise that this may have already been asked before but I haven’t seen anything that matches. Any help wold be welcome.

Did the invoice mention v.a.t.? If not you may care to read this:

Don't distract yourself with the VAT angle just yet.
Keep the A to E points; you can lose the "rant" section at the bottom if you wish.
PS - make sure your NHS Trust are aware of the BVRLA MoU ... all they need to do is advise the PPC of the name and address of the vehicle's assigned keeper and they have discharged any liability they may have had. (That means you would get your own PCN). It is almost certain that the lease terms for your vehicle DO NOT allow them to pay private parking invoices and deduct such from your salary - the terms almost certainly ONLY talk about fines and penalties.0 -

keep in as much as possible , or all of it, its not about what you think, its about beating them at their own game, so question everything , accept nothing, dont reveal the driver0 -

Not only that, but point out that the Trust paying it on your behalf and deducting from your wages denies you the chance and the right to appeal that you are entitled to.Bournemouth - home of the Mighty Cherries0 -
