Just to share to any other Plusnet customers - I called up Plusnet and was just able to get the current plusnet deal on unlimited broadband for £2.50 p/m (which says for existing customers only), without any fight at all.

    What deal did they give you on line rental ?

    I've just extended my 76Mbps fibre for 24 months at £10pm.

    PlusNet new customer deals are normally enhanced greatly by cashback sites, Quidco etc.
    Has anyone mentioned these cashback deals available to the Retentions Team ?

    Hi, Did you get confirmation of this in writing/email?

    I just rang them again and they told me £10 for 38mg and £15 for 76mg. I told him one of friend been offered 76mg at £10pm. They said that's not possible. It might be an error.

    Just thought I'd bump this;

    Renewed my contract for 18 months at £6.99 (unlimited broadband not fibre).

    Then realised they were giving new members a much better deal. Asked to cancel. Got transfered to retentions. Said why I wanted to cancel and was offered the 12 month contract at £2.50 a month plus the £50 cashback deal.

    Go Plusnet.
