Hi Guys
I ported over to VF last Monday (23/07) after taking a new connection at Phones4U. The sales person handed me a sim and told me that my number would be ported onto that sim. It's been more than a week now and the port hasnt happened, furthermore my number is inactive and vodafone have no record of my number.

What can i do to speed them up, and is this the normal process?
