Good morning all:D
The elite slimmers tweets and sfsb are doing well, so I'm joining in. After my weigh in I can report a loss of 11 lbs in 4 weeks.:j:j
I also celebrated a full year of not smoking last Tuesday. :j:jDH and I and a couple of our friends went to our local pub for a meal. Sirloins with all the trimmings and a bottle of good merlot for £23.50 per couple. I was good and had a jacket potato instead of chips
Missing my chats/coffee and shopping trips with VT. Hope she has a lovely holiday.
No 1p chocs for me, I've not even looked for them. Had lots of nsd's, but any shopping I have done has been done in Aldi for lots of f&v. Their ready to eat nectarines are delicious, and only £1.29ish for a 4 pack.

Off for a catch up, and to print off some Um Bongo mocs. DS2 loves it, but I'm too mse to pay full price for it;) Thanks to the op.
