Well if my 21,436 steps for yesterday is an underestimate then i'm really happy. I got mine for tracking sleep. Some of you will know that I use to be up really early with about 3hrs sleep, a pattern that went on for years  But now I regularly get between 6-7hrsSometimes 8hr :eek::D
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Good morning.
Another morning of cheering DS on in his football match a bit later on. Need to put on 2 pairs of socks this time as my poor feet turned to blocks of ice at the last match.
Then DS is off to watch the West Ham v Man United match this afternoon .... go West Ham!!! whilst I prepare a Sunday roast and declutter more of my clothing.
Have a lovely day allSmiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

To be honest, I've found my fitbit to be very accurate. I know cos when I first got it and was out walking, I used to count in my head the number of steps I was taking to make sure....lol! I did this for weeks! :eek:0

Must say tho that the fitbit is rubbish at tracking sleep or maybe I haven't worked out how to set that bit up properly? Not that I'm bothered cos I sleep like a log!0 -

I found it better to not set my fitbit to sleep mode, wear it as normal when in bed then add my sleep log the next morning. Gives much more accurate picture.
What isn't so accurate though is how it showed me how many steps I'd done before even getting out of bed :rotfl::rotfl:I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
