I've been out for a meal tonight... 87 miles there, and another 87 back.... I have come to the conclusion I like eating! In the full journey, there must have been less the 20 miles where there was no road works!

And slight moan.... don't you just hate it when people you went to school with add you on FB and they have not degenerated at all! I think they should have a f off button!

    Good morning all

I've had people I knew "a few years ago" in school try to add me. My view is that If I haven't spoken to them since then there is probably a good reason and I decline them. Most of them don't have their settings on private so I can have a nose at how they are all doing :)

Congrats on the exam results aau. My accounts manager tells me they are difficult and our trainee accountant has already shed a few tears studying for hers!

Reading last nights talk of a cruise has prompted me to say how disgusted I am with single person supplements.

Found a fab cruise around the med with a Venice stay for £849, ring to enquire and they whack on just over £400 in supplement grrrr

My mse side refused to remotely consider that.

More 1p chocs thanks to Ailey on main grabbit board

"I bought a small box of chocolates today and after I was through the checkout I was checking to see if a couple of 3 for 2s went through okay and noticed that the £2.09 choccies (180g) went through for 1p. They are Butlers assortment of chocolate truffles and pralines - a Dublin company. BB 25 May 2015. White box with gold writing. Also beautifully presented. Just tried one and they are scrumptious! Good luck! First time I've ever found a 1p item! "

    Morning :)

Click have done a little piece comparing fitness bands, quite interesting - knew there would be discrepancies but in the test done the Fitbit charge logged the highest no of steps over a week and the one I use Jawbone UP was 21,000 less and 2000 cal difference  I'd rather have a device that underestimates.

...but its all about trends with the same device over a period of time, or so the bloke they interviewed suggested.
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Any tips for a store without scanners?

I wanted a jawbone. But what's the point if they are not accurate? Can stick with my dodgy old boots pedometer for that! :rotfl:
