  • Just tidying up the pantry and I decided to move my red wines from tesco mystery boxes (just before christmas) 1/2 through moving them the bottom just fell off 1 of the bottles!!!! Taken the best part of an hour to clean up, ruined paperwork including some DS drawings AND i'm down a bottle of wine!

:(What's happening here? An extract from my vs Morries shop showing the Sainsbobs comp - I didn't know the Carrots and Broccoli have gone down in price in Sains?

    1 x ASDA Carrots (1Kg)£0.57£0.55
1 x ASDA Smartprice Smoked Back Bacon (312g)£1.56N/A
    1 x ASDA Broccoli (335g)£0.49£0.45

Vs Morries - of course Carrots 57p:(, SP Smoked etc. 84p:), Broccoli 49p:(:(.

I got what I expected (vs Morries), but not happy - I would have bought different items I had known S had become cheaper on those two items.

    Yes it is correct

I think they are changing pack sizes, going from 40 tabs to 33s

So, to summarise, the following are now good vs Sains., but need to check prices several times every single day:( to make sure nothing has changed against us:

    SP Cheese Slices 50p N/A
    SP Gloves 46p 30p
SP White Bread 40p 40p But whoopsies may be cheaper
SP Vanilla Cones 50p 45p (weight adjusted)
    Broccoli 335g 49p 45p
    Carrots 1kg 57p 55p
    CBY Cream Crackers 300g 50p 40p

At last - enough other items vs S in the event of a glitch:D. But not really that good for me as already bought some of them now. Fancy them doing that, putting their prices down like that on me unexpectedly.
