You are not buying a house, you are buying a home. If it feels right then it is worth every penny you are paying :D

The first time we walked into this house we knew it was the right one, we have lived here for very nearly 30 years :D

:T i love your reply because your right when we brought this house we just loved it as you said it felt right, and we have been here 15 years and still fell the same we talked about buying some where bigger recently but decided we could not leave

I mean this in the best possible way, but can I suggest that you and others are careful about what you post online (if you want to maintain your anonymity and not have implications for RL) - a number of people are making posts that contain increasingly personal information about their lives that could identify potentially who they are or where they are if someone you know in RL happened to catch your post. We may think it unlikely, but as MSE attracts millions of people we are probably not as far separated from people we know in RL as we might like to believe .

To be very clear, I am not saying to anyone don't post anything and everyone is at liberty to post what they want (within MSE rules :A). I am also not saying that what people post about their lives/work/families isn't interesting or at all wrong (or what they are saying about what they are doing is necessarly wrong either), but just concerned some people may be potentially "outing" themselves from some of their posts.

I would hate for anyone to be posting information on here thinking it was "private" only for it to be read back to them in real life at home, in work, wherever ...

If my boss read what I posted on here, she'd think I was attempting to be refined!! :D:D:D

But it is a very good point. The last thing we want is for our RL to be impacted negatively ..... Nerfy please stop stalking me!!!:eek::eek::eek:

I know, and now i am :j:j:j:j I did not want to influence her but wanted her to pick the village house its right near our barn and the horses so she can walk there to spend time with us as we spend a lot of time there, and also within walking distance of our house. she just phoned and she is moving to the village over the weekend I am so happy the icing on the cake as I also have heating :T:T radiators in all bedrooms, hooked up to the rayburn, and they are all hot I am like a big kid going from room to room touching them as they get warmer:rotfl::rotfl:I even cooked a crumble and pie in the rayburn at the same time :D
