I'm loving the idea of exercising to club music in the dark:)

I used to love mr motivators blt workout:) cheesy but the right attitude to get me moving. Helped me loose 2 stone a few years ago
and the best bit is... It stayed lost:p

Talking of charities ...and if the spirit of well if you don't ask you don't get ... ...my OH is running the London marathon for hemihelp. Any help at all spreading the word etc would be fantastic. I don't want anyone here to feel any pressure. I won't be offended you are ALL lovely peeps and have taught me how to be a bada** shopper. I am so grateful to you all and you were all so kind and supportive when my DS was taken ill and still continue to be.

I felt bad about giving in my biscuits to the local FB, I don't eat them and the kids don't like the brands, so I ended up binning them. No one wanted them at work !!!!!!!
