Can I pick people's brains please

In relation to the Foxes and the 20 of a specific item.

Is the 20 of specific item for each month?

    TIA

Thats the T&C Sunshine. But I'm sure at least one person here will have bought more than 20 of one type over the month and still have been ok. I'm sure I've favoured the ginger and butter ones throughout but I haven't counted them as Ive given them all away

    Morning all,

Gone and done it again... An APG that needs using today. Grrr.

I've been so bogged down with the whole house renovation & the self employment, I've 'dropped a ball' so to speak. Going to look at scheduling in a few hours a week for tasks like APG'ing so I can TRY and keep on top of things.

I find google calendar is an excellent tool for this. I just add a reminder for a few days ahead of the date the APG/PP runs out so I don't forget. It also sends a reminder to my mobile. :T

I was looking at the toothbrushes because there's some good schwartzkofs deals vs S, e.g. £5.49 vs £1.25. But can't find trigger. The listerine seems randomly to show in same deal with all hair products so was hoping it was an opportunity but showing on msm too.

Evening all, resigned to just limited lurking at moment.

Hugs to those of you that need them, I know a few of you are going through some tough times x

Hi, I think the Garnier skin naturals pure active 3 in 1 is still a trigger? Haven't used it in the last 5 days but still seems to be missing from A.com and msm? Has worked well for a while now and my kids rate it as a product (which is a bonus where triggers are concerned :D). BC 6580.

Although the headline focus was about poverty, and I agree about many of us being blessed with what we have and about the benchmark being what is our normal, but everyones " norm" is so very different. Is it possible to draw any meaningful comparisons? I read grief and heartbreak and mourning for things lost. Health, mobility, ability to raise her family in the way she had hoped for, overwhelming helplessness and difficulty coping with being unexpectedly out of control. It takes time to grieve, to make the necessary adjustments, time to haul things together and turn things around. And time to let go and move on. It is very hard not to feel resentment, not to have occasional moments of feeling sorry for yourself during that process, no matter how strong a person you are.

Touched a chord here, and I know it would for others.

As I said before this thread really seems to mirror my life Your second last sentence will see me through the next few weeks

The blog was interesting, especially when considering how people prioritise the limited money they have to ensure that they are able to meet all the needs of their family. From being 0-10, we lived in a deprived area, but was quiet well off as my parents had several holidays to Spain each year, the first time that they took us on holiday the school sent us home several weeks early as they were worried that we would catch a bug and not be able to go. Mum used to buy us sets of clothes in spring and autumn, which were then distributed to other families on the street. I was very upset when mum gave my orange and white checked dress away, and another kid was wearing it! At meal times, our house always was full of the neighbouring kids. But the down side was that dad did a very dangerous job, where people dying was accepted as part of the job. The ones the survived working, all had the same health problems and died very young......... so everything has a price. Enjoy life to the full, no matter what your budget x[/QUOTE]

    What a touching post x

That's what I've done here. I'm an Apple geek so all my Calendars are Sync'ed it looks like a right mess... I have my work in there, I schedule time for my self employed work, I've some reminders like APG's set for an alert the day before there due to expire and I've the other half's shifts. Im organised, but in a mad way. :rotfl:
