I got a refund on a biscuit shop cos points didn't show on my receipt in any way ( temp card ) I don't know why because they SHOULD have shown on receipt.
When I registered it the points were there. Hth xx

Thanks, I'm just curious how it would affect the 100k cap

    eg

Imagine you have been issued with 85000 points and you flump up a shop that only gets you 7000 points instead of 15000. You now have 92000 points.

If you refund and they take the points back, then you buy again does the system cap you at 8000 points because you have already had 92000 or does it take the refund into account and let you have the full 15000?

My point about wanting to better understand the system is that you might not actually be any better off by returning and re-buying failed shops

biscuits worked this morning and vouchers showing, put a few packets in food bank trolley and some posh looking woman goes. " you dont have to give them branded biscuits the cheap stuff will do " the way she said them as if it was a bad taste in her mouth. I walked away but wish I had thought of a clever put down as she deserved it..

I went out armed with wombles to buy spices in A. Schwartz are 2 for £2. Does anyone think the A equivalents will be inferior. I don't mind paying extra for the quality but don't like paying over the odds either. At the same time I don't want to be buying cheap sawdust
I have always found the A own-brand herbs & spices to be good quality.

How did the refund affect the More points on the failed shop? Did she scan the card or did you keep the points?

She scanned the card so I guess they were taken off then put back on again as she said I've got £10 worth on the new receipt she gave me.

I just wonder if that counts as you being issued with 10k or 15k for the purposes of the 100k cap
