Has anyone had M&M points appear on the app from shops today please?

If yes, what time was your shop? Mine were on my receipt at 2-3pm, no sign of them on the app yet

    Many thanks

    Good afternoon all.

Hugs to Snap & Fourp - so very sorry to hear your sad news.

Anon - I did a biscuit shop at 12:55 - points are on receipt & now showing on app. Points signage was still on shelves in my store.

Emmap - thanks for the heads up about the Jumbone turkey - found a lonely single item in T (top shelf) which scanned at 1p - my first 1p item of 2015! I don't have a dog but it will go in the Rescue Centre bag.

He'll probably just screen grab that and say it's a call to arms for all of MSE to go over and cause bother on his thread

Apparently we don't like sharing, that's why we only post our finds on this pubic forum for all to see :rotfl:

    I know.....and I also know you know that I'm not advocating a flash mob:D

The biscuit deal doesn't really suit the HDUK audience....

    Good afternoon my darlings,

I've been following the Alan Barnes story with interest today, since I saw it on BBC Breakfast this morning. http://www.gofundme.com/l0dt9o

When I first went to the website they'd collected over £50k, it's now over £133k and going up every time I look. People are wonderful and I hope things work out well for him. I also trust they'll catch the low life who mugged him.

    Oh God bless you!
    All they wanted was £500
I used to pass Alan every day going to work. What a shame something like this had to happen before people paid positive attention to him.

9 items (6 different) on your bill qualify for comparison ASDA Sainsbury's
    +£3.15

    2 x Listerine Reach Interdental Toothbrush Firm (2) £5.00 N/A
    2 x Daz Regular Powder - 40 Washes (2.6Kg) £14.00 £16.00
    1 x Vladivar Classic Vodka (1L) £15.50 £16.00
    1 x Simon Howie Smoked Dry Cure Back Bacon (220g) £2.85 £3.00
    1 x Simon Howie Steak Lorne Sausage (300g) £1.70 £2.00
    10 x Udi's Gluten Free Strawberry Toaster Pastries (5x5... £29.50 N/A
    2 x Lurpak Butter - Slightly Salted (250g) £3.40 £3.60
    2 x Lurpak Spreadable - Slightly Salted (500g) £5.00 £5.00

Comparison total (compared products only) £42.45 £45.60

I was looking at the toothbrushes because there's some good schwartzkofs deals vs S, e.g. £5.49 vs £1.25. But can't find trigger. The listerine seems randomly to show in same deal with all hair products so was hoping it was an opportunity but showing on msm too.

Evening all, resigned to just limited lurking at moment.

Hugs to those of you that need them, I know a few of you are going through some tough times x

I know you know that I know that you're not advocating that :D

And I agree that this probably isn't right for HUKD, but he'll be doing his usual "MSE are voting it cold because they don't like to share" spiel

I really don't think anyone on here has an issue with sharing and if they do then they shouldn't be on here because it's not really our ethos, IMHO

Back from A. I went somewhat earlier than I normally do for a Saturday as hoping they would have a second version of an item in stock (they didn't yesterday) and getting there before it all sold out. Sadly no stock again, so had to buy an extra item:(. It's either an excellent comp. or a complete disaster but - I'm not bothered with it anyway as, even if I lose several pounds, I can still make that back from wombles at some stage, so it hardly matters. I'm losing heart:rotfl:.

Hopeless - everyone around me buying the items I bought yesterday in Morries:(. There's no use buying the Activia Intensely Creamy yogurts, £1 vs £2.39 (or 2 for £4) unless they don't pick them up which I wouldn't chance at all. Woman in front of me had several of those, and some £1.97 Cathedral Cheese. I've checked the receipts I got from those who shopped before I arrived, but sadly they are no more savvy. So it'll be just my shop, but I was already going to be there anyway so not a wasted journey.

People buying lots of milk:( and, just as I turned to look, there the lady was - bringing out several of those Dolmios I excluded from the M vs A list earlier (as too expensive in A:rotfl:):(:wall::(.

Buying in the wrong store. In fact, not merely that - but buying in the wrong store. I think Activia Intensely Creamys should be bought, even if you really need to buy them, in T, S or M. In other words, almost everywhere except A! even then though, do we really need expensive £1 yoghurts?:rotfl:
