I set myself a grocery and cat food budget of £70 for January and am at £63.90 with a day to go. I could do one more M&S shop but probably won't as we have loads of stuff in. February's budget is going to be a more challenging £50. Bring it on.
I calculate purely by the amount of cash I have parted with, as there are so many variables otherwise.
