Something similar happened to me. When I queried it, the SA said that the items from the CCs were not picked from the store, but were rather picked from a store 2 miles away.

You should ask next time you have a CC if your shopping is picked from your store.

Yep, picked in my store. The collection guy said there are a lot of people complaining about the pickers at that store. Doesn' t help me :(
Oh well, roll on next glitch

A real card is posted to you and it will be the same number as the temp one,can take upto 4 weeks to arrive.
I picked up a temp card this morning, used it,registered it then this afternoon bought 1 item and my £15 worth of vouchers were given for me to then pay for my next lot of biscuits.
    I hope that makes sense:)

 It does indeed - so you are not reliant on the card coming through the post for you to be able to use the temporary card (50,000 limit until registered) or once registered, to claim the vouchers, just that it has been registered online ... very helpful if you have relatives who will need help with this offer if they are not local/do not have M nearby, as you could register the temporary card for them in their name and you would then have their temporary card/they would receive the other card for later use.
