    good morning all hope the elite are well xx

    not to bad a day here today, oh just phoned, asked if i had made a fire,as was coughing this morning, i said, No I have all the windows and doors wide open to blow through and sitting in the conservatory with a hot chocolate, he laughed and said ok ask a daft question, keep the fire banked today. :p:p
    must remember to close the windows before he gets home :rotfl:
  • Morning! Back from a long weekend in Bruges, had a lovely time except for the fact that the backpacking hostel across the road turned into a nightclub on Saturday night! Grrrr!

    Anyway, was viewing the thread from a distance and wondered if it was still worth chancing the persil tabs? Have searched and not seen anything to the contrary

    Will be collecting from a different store and thought about trying JF + pink poo. Just wanted to check this is still the right trigger?

    Did a work out for the first time in a few months. What a state!

    I love the 'This Girl Can' advert. A real motivator. It's not about who is the skinniest, who runs the fastest or eats the least, it's about just moving our wobbly bums :) And move mine I did. Jellyfish legs :rotfl:

  • Morning! So I did my first glitchy shop on Friday for HD Saturday and it worked! Very happy :) Thanks for the help and info on it! It makes me more confident to do the next one that comes along now. I did however spend the whole of Friday night and Saturday morning biting my nails worrying it wouldn't work! lol. The anticipation was killing me!

    i liked that to think it makes all females think a bit a lot of us worry to much about what we look like doing exercise than actually do it :o:o

    I only did 1 of these shops and still have not plucked up courage to use apg had it for 3 weeks so going to have to do it:o:o
