    Morning all :)
Enjoy your first day of freedom QoC :j
We went up into the loft yesterday to start clearing things out.
Loft is very soggy :( it seems water tight, it just suffers from a lot of condensation (won't be keeping stuff in loft in new house).
Need to asses the damage to everything that's been packed away all these years (looks like a rodents been eating at some too  )
Found my wedding dress still in it's ziplock bag, looking really dirty. Was so relieved it was just the bag was dirty and my dress is still spotless and doesn't smell :j tried it on again and it fits fine, which is gutting as I've lost a couple of stone since our wedding day :rotfl:

But u Still got in it well done on loosing the weight:T wish I could fit in my dress :o it will b 10 years this year so maybe.......

    Good morning all....
been MIA for a few days...but I think I may be back now for a little while...
One of my tenanted properties became vacant last week so we really needed to divert some time to it...we've also changed letting agent so its been all go getting pics taken with the new one and getting it marketed...and fingers crossed the first people to view look like they want to take it.
Also looked at a small flat on saturday afternoon and put in an asking price offer on it with proof of funds ...only to be told this morning that someone has now offered higher and has until this afternoon to prove their mortgage etc....I'm not interested in getting into a bidding war and have made our postion clear to the EA this morning that we wont go higher but feel that in offereing the asking price it possibly shouldnt have been batted back to the other person who initially offered less...
but I guess thats the game you play when you buy and sell ...so we shall see.

QoC hope your having a wonderful day planning the future and I bet it was lovely to wake up knowing that the bus wasnt needed to get you to work this morning!

Seems I may have missed a few glitches over the last week so I will start afresh today...and hope that everyone stays safe warm and happy.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

free sanctuary gift set worth £12.50 when you spend £10 works with 6 salt scrubs sachets £1.75 each but on 342 total comes to £7 includes the free gift

    also another one.......
Boots essentials eye makeup remover pads £1.50 each but on 2 offers 342 and 3 for £3 so 6 packs for £4

grab it quick as everything i post gets pinched by ashleigh moneysaver............ggggrrrrr

Thanks sarah, managed to order 6 of the mini bodywashes that will get used to get the free gift and popped the eyemakeup remover pads in my basket too. ;)

I noticed it only works on the fragrance free ones and not the cucumber ones.

There is a Tom cat a couple of doors down that used to come in my house, pee over my furniture and eat all my cats food.

I've just caught him in my garden with a bird. There are white feathers everywhere

I'm tempted to dump the remains in their garden with a note telling them to dispose of their own cats kills

not very good cat, mines leaves nothing or brings it home x
