Help please, I got a load of emails(28) saying can't deliver to lots of different email addresses, I deleted without opening as I don't normally send emails & certainly none today, was funny was out & hubby said he got email from me while we were having a meal with friends & I didn't have my phone, just went through & switched various things off including my notes (on I phone) as as I think my email has been hacked & it's only gone & got rid of all my notes :mad: that had all my passwords & important info
had anyone got any idea if I can retrieve these of find them lurking somewhere? I did turn notes back on but no joy. Any help much appreciated thanks x
I think everybody's had that. Spammers find ways of sending emails from our email address. Everybody will know it's not you that sent it. The passwords problem's a bit more technical; have you posted on the techie threads?
Longer term, have you an old license plate you can use as a password? There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

I have a bit of a yo-yo thing going on with my weight. You know how people comfort eat when they have emotional upsets? Well I think I have the opposite of that. I have an emotional upset and appetite just leaves me
it's as equally unpleasant and I spent 2 weeks living on a slice of toast and a banana
I don't weigh myself because I'm not allowed scales (after a previous weight obsession) but I've been weighed by the doctor and have gone down to just over 8 stones from about 9 stones the last time I was was weighed......about October time.
I won't deny I'm happier being slimmer
My yoyo has stopped spinning I wish I was 9 stone again let alone 8 stone.
I used to lose my appetite with emotional upset too but since I lost my dad it's been the other way and I stuff my face.
I have already bought the dress for my 50th so I really must knuckle down but me and Mr TS both decided we were starting 1st Feb rather than 1st Jan as there was so much food left over we did not want to throw any away.
I stepped on the scales for the first time in weeks yesterday and was quietly pleased that I will be starting same wait as beginning of last year, I really thought I was much more.0 -
Good evening. Nodded off watching Seal Team 8 on NowTV- save yourselves the bother and don't waste 90 mins on it!
Reasonable results - thanks to the Ops. Shops last night just before closing at 10pm.

Ps added to this post by saving and adding more as iPad refreshes when you switch between tabs and then loses what you type, anyone know how to stop it doing that? Doesn't do that on my iPhone.0 -

Well someone needs to stop you buying chocolate
lol I still have Christmas chocs and I limited myself to 2 malteesers from the heroes box today
it's an old obsession of mine that's rearing its ugly head again. If only I could be so strict with other things in my life as I am and can be about food:cool: :rotfl:

I have actually found I like buying chocolate much more than I like eating it now.
It was things like the xmas cake which I still have not had a slice of.
Been eating the leftover cheese which is still leftover even though we have been working our way through it and had a cheese and wine. Oh and the nuts and crisps have been very tempting and I have not resisted.
Please don't get too obsessed about it all, healthy is happy too. Even if that means having 3 maltesers. :A0 -

I know! I'm stressing OH out with it:( Once I lost so much weight I was down to nearly 6 stones. Im not big, so it's not major in that respect. But I have had a reminder to keep it in prespective tonight
I'm sorry to all those trying so hard to lose weight. No offence is meant at all :A
I'm getting to bed now. thanks TS for the company0 -
