Yes I couldI have a bit of a yo-yo thing going on with my weight. You know how people comfort eat when they have emotional upsets? Well I think I have the opposite of that. I have an emotional upset and appetite just leaves me
it's as equally unpleasant and I spent 2 weeks living on a slice of toast and a banana
I don't weigh myself because I'm not allowed scales (after a previous weight obsession) but I've been weighed by the doctor and have gone down to just over 8 stones from about 9 stones the last time I was was weighed......about October time.
I won't deny I'm happier being slimmer0 -
