Yes prawns and smoked salmon and tuna things....oh and mackerel. I like to avoid fish when I'm not at home :o I'd have been happy with some nice bread with nice butter.

I've lost a lot of weight recently......nearly a stone. I will say it's not on purpose, it's just happened :o circumstances. But I wore a Jason Wu dress that I got from a dress exchange because I finally fitted in it :D such an absolutely lovely fitting dress and I got a few compliments on it ;)

I hope you could afford to lose it. Must have felt good getting in the dress. :T

I wish it would just happen for me says she munching on pizza at 1am in the morning. :o

    Thankfully not.

I can't believe I thought his beard was false, I even asked Mr TS, I am under no illusion now that it is the real thing. :o :rotfl:

I think maybe I should leave a warning for the day shift after watching it right to the end.

Yes I could :o I have a bit of a yo-yo thing going on with my weight. You know how people comfort eat when they have emotional upsets? Well I think I have the opposite of that. I have an emotional upset and appetite just leaves me :( it's as equally unpleasant and I spent 2 weeks living on a slice of toast and a banana :(
I don't weigh myself because I'm not allowed scales (after a previous weight obsession :o) but I've been weighed by the doctor and have gone down to just over 8 stones from about 9 stones the last time I was was weighed......about October time. :o

    I won't deny I'm happier being slimmer

I can join you I have 2 slices of haggis in my fridge, no one wanted them at whoopsie time last night so I thought I should give them a home.

It's these....except mine are not good for 2 weeks. ;)
