Hi Guys,
I have received a Notice to Owner today from PCS I have searched online and read different things so im not sure where the best advice is here.
The parking charge data was 16/07/2014. Firstly I don't recall there being a ticket on my windscreen but I do recognise the location and have been there a few times as have other in my family with my vehicle.
This is the first letter I have ever received from them. I beleive it has been over 6 months. the letter is dated 20/01/15
It is asking me to make a payment of £120 in 28 days to avoid further action what do I do?

send them the template letter from the newbies sticky thread (as its the first time you have received any paperwork so treat it as the first NTK)
do not indicate who was driving, stick to the template letter , as POFA 2012 cannot apply after 56 days
do you know ? or does it say ? who the PPC is ?0 -
Neither the BPA nor IPC AOS lists recognise the acronym PCS.
You need to check exactly what name there is on the letterhead. Important you let us know clearly who it is so that we can give you specific guidance. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

not really, small claims are valid for 6 years in england and wales , so 6 years not 6 months !
I suspect PCS is something like Parking Collection Services and possibly DRP , so check post #4 of the newbies sticky thread too
could be this lot

AM are in the BPA, hence how they got your address , I bet this is a debt collector being used as the back office for this task
