I carry out visits for 4Service who are based in Ukraine and who are looking for shoppers around the UK and Europe for very straightforward retail enquiries in large high-street chains. I have never had any problems with 4Service and had some good assignments with them. The only downside is payment in Euros with the current poor exchange rate. 4Service.shopmetrics.com.

Add in the hidden briefs till you accept the job, the terrible translation into English and the very poor fees.

    Yes, TNS paid today.

On another note, has anyone seen the fees offered for a jewellery store visit with MF? Are they taking the mick!?!? They've really excelled themselves this time with low fees. Apparently a lot of uni students work for MF, or so my friends daughter tells me. So that's how they get their jobs allocated. I did always wonder what kind of numpty would be desperate enough to work for their ridiculously low paid assignments.

Yep - I saw those - as you say - someone will pick them up. Anyone picked up any of the ESA coach trips - not sure of the appeal as fee is PP and you basically have half hour - 45 mins turn around at the destination, before you have to come home again. Not sure who wants to spend 5/6 hours travelling for that fee..

I haven't seen any of the coach trips. I also like the MF perfume shop where the minimum spend is twice the fee with no reimbursement. What a joke.

Yes the perfume one was a total scam, I don't mind low fees when the spend is enough to cover your purchase but when the spend and the fee together don't even equal the amount you need to spend I think someone somewhere is having a laugh. I see a lot of them have gone though....

Anyone know how long Albatross take to review assignments? Did one at the beginning of May and it's still showing as under review. I have seen on here they take a while to pay, but was wondering how long it might take to get to that level.

Add in the fact that you would almost certainly be liable to be taxed on the perfume as a "taxable benefit" and you would be well and truly out of pocket!
