It can take a few days to show up, it is usually everything up to the 15th of the month.

Did a retail 1 for MF with fitting room enquiry implying that you had to come out of the FR and go and queue to till point if no one was around to get you another size, who would do that when it would be just as quick to go yourself

did a fast food one which sounded like you were preparing evidence for a court case and 20 questions asking the same thing. The digital timing thing is difficult. How do u manage trying to stop timer, hold receipt plus cup etc

Techniques have been discussed here before* for timing, it isn't hard, they don't ask for minutes and second in the report. Those burger visits are easy compared to what other companies want.

*Audio record it or take a pic at each timing point or pretend you are texting.

they required minutes and seconds in mine so I had the stopwatch clock thing open on phone and pressed start and stop looking like I was texting but I found it tricky as I didn't have enough hands.

Perhaps we are talking about different burger visits. This one was quite complex. wouldn't taking a pic be more complicated and on my phone I wouldn't know how to see the time.
