Really though, just break the job down into bite sized bits, timings and observations, the obs are straight forward, they either did or didn't happen.
Timings use you mobile to record the interaction and time it later, with this one it is easy to hear the timing points.
I notice the timings have changed slightly from my last one but even then they only want one timing.
Also when you look at the report it shows every option for every scenario, the report shrinks dramatically when you go through it.
The rest of the comments are stuff we pick up anyway, even when I'm not working I am making a mental not of descriptions and names, its a habit :-)0 -

Join in, they will always seem cliquey if you don't. Many have been around on forums and message boards for years.0 -
I joined one s couple of weeks ago and thought people seemed friendly. Have picked up lots of tips and also some references to companies I wasn't already working with. I think you just need to jump in!0

Either way. One to avoid.
I did warn ya;)0 -
Appreciate the tip, and I knew it was a gamble, but I'm rather good at getting people to pay their bills. They paid when they "remembered" with a little help, but I won't take the chance again unless it's money up front. Did you get sorted or do you want me to have a word?Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?0 -

Electronic stores? I got paid for all bar one of mine on 23 April and the last one on 11th May. Who are you emailing? Try michael.mills@hsbrands.com , he even responded to my emails while on honeymoon in New Zealand!!We’ve had to remove your signature. Cheers, I got paid a few days ago. I was emailing Michael too, no response until the payment then he responded to them all.
Apparently their standard terms are you get paid two months after the end of the month you do the job in, I did make it clear that they needed to be upfront about that with UK shoppers are we were used to just one month.0
