I always type long comments into Word/Word Pad just in case, lost far too many hours with dodgy report systems over the years.

Also remember on MF after you have submitted the expenses page, you can save the full complete questions and responses as an HTML file for future reference.

Yeah, its more the form SNAFU's before submitting that can be a problem, SASSIE was a pain for it until the did an update.

I think some of the customers have high expectations on your role. I had one who expected me to take him and his dog home. My husband has a severe fur allergy and the customer was most put out when I said his dog couldn't come in my car.

Another customer collected her car without me - despite me telling her I had to be there. She put in a complaint about me, saying she hadn't been told I had to be there, but luckily I caught it all on video. I got paid in full, so worked out for me in the end.

I actually really like these jobs. But there are quite tying as you have to be around for both the drop off and the collection.

camera / dvr or sd card ?

always worth checking after each visit.

Mic. Two jobs and it started to go part way through the first job. Moral of the story, replay check the last file of the visit, not the first one... Guess which one I checked.
