There used to be a company called Mystery Outsource does anyone know if they are still around? If they are can someone please e-mail me or PM me an e-mail contact as both my contacts for Ben & Clare bounce. The reason I need to know is that they owe me money and I am trying to chase.

Quick Question & A Note Re RA Stationery Visits Fee (was increased but reduced!)

    Hi

I have a payment outstanding for an Insight Market Research Visit which I completed in April 2015 - (been on holiday + struggling with Piriformis Syndrome/Sciatica/Lower Back Problem - so not quite as up-to-date as I ought to be!)

I received the following message whilst I was on holiday (over a week after the 'rush' job):

I presume they didn't elaborate on why they wouldn't buy your camera other than they had too many in stock?

I just wanted to check before we submit it to them as when a store has scored badly they scrutinise their cctv to see if they can 'claw' back any points!

If you can get back to me with any extra explanation that would be great but don't worry if there was nothing that you omitted.

So as I had not omitted anything and only had a limited unrealiable Internet connection I did not reply as I felt reassured that this would not be a problem as I had been reassured by If you can get back to me with any extra explanation that would be great but don't worry if there was nothing that you omitted.

So am I being daft to be expecting a payment?

    Secondly following Louisdf's alert:

(RA) + stationery in the second half of the month, the fee is double what it was a year ago!

Unfortunately the fee, which had indeed been doubled; has now been reduced by 25%!

Really wish my body was up to me commiting to regular working hours, so I didn't have to rely on these kind of companies to earn a living!

    Thanks for reading.

    RCP

I know theres been internal issues. Joan owns the company and she handles all the payments, none of the others have their hands anywhere near the purse strings. Theres a few allocators been left significantly out of pocket by her on top of looking like total idiots because others have blamed them for their not being paid when all the financials are controlled solely by Joan.

None of the allocators you mentioned have any avility to process payments for you. They email Joan to do it and will have done so many times. Chase Joan and cross your fingers, I've not heard many good things lately.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?

Re the RA stationery shop where the fee has without notice been slashed after accepting. The sneaky so and so's, have never heard of this happening before. Feel like giving this job the heave ho now

    that's not fair is it

It is really frustrating with one particular company that sends emails for 2 jobs and you are driving to work. By the time you have seen the email the jobs have gone, its hopeless.
