    That was me, not bod!

    The use of "sauces" instead of "sources" for a very mild humorous effect is very common on internet forums, it doesn't really bother me that you were unaware of this!

    Actually I didn't know that. Peter Lilley isn't my MP, but I used to live in Harpenden and I'm still not far away, hence my interest. Also I correspond regularly with my MP on private parking matters and it would be good to be able to show her that her parliamentary and party colleague (and constituency neighbour) Peter Lilley is also taking an interest.

    It doesn't bother me either and I wasn't suggesting it should bother you.

    I shall look out for this "very mild humorous effect" now and be less inclined to suspect that the person posting is using the incorrect word.
