Terrible, a rip-off as per usual and people clueless that it's not a fine and the keeper isn't liable on this land.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Parking is mental there, so many spaces and always one stop away from being full to the brim. They should be able to divide just a couple of bays to make additional spaces - they can start with the premier spaces which are NEVER full
I've never had a problem with bikes or scooters of any kind in the hatched areas

Folks, additional comments will keep it on the front page of the website in the "Most Commented" section. Dunno who wrote that first comment...

The Herts Advertiser has today published a letter from a concerned local resident explaining that these are not fines, that there is no keeper liability because of the railway byelaws, and how to appeal and win at PoPLA.

Inevitably the sub-editor has headed it "No Need to Pay Parking Fines".

Do these people get taught nothing?

    Possibly a rhetorical question :D

This is after the local MP had a go at them - and a face-to-face.

Seems it's 2 fingers to everyone and anyone.

Did he really? Peter Lilley? I'd be very interested if you've got sauces for that.

Sauces? What kind of sauces? Ketchup, HP?

What does sauce have do to with private parking charges?

You mean you've never seen the deliberate misuse of sauce for source? Really?

If you were trying to be sarcastic then a smiley would have helped, otherwise it makes you look foolish. ;)

    I wasn't being sarcastic.

I have seen it once before but thought it was a misspelling like the people who don't seem to know the difference between bought and brought.

Perhaps a smiley might have helped otherwise it makes you look foolish:D
