Had the letter saying my bill will go up by 3 quid a month and if I wasn't happy with that I could cancel even though I still had 13 months left on my contract.
Anyway I phoned up and said I didn't want to pay any extra and straight away they have given me a 10 quid a month discount on a new 12 month contract taking it down to just £21.49 a month for 50 meg bb and phone line.
I would have settled at just not having to pay the extra 3 quid a month!

Also we have two VM Sim only contracts for our mobiles, £5 a month each one with 250 mb data plus unlimited calls and texts and another with 100 minutes plus texts and unlimited VM to VM calls and texts but I wanted more data for the 100 mbdata Sim so I phoned and they offered me 250 minutes plus 1000 texts plus 1gb data and the free vm to vm calls for £6 a month.

So all in all fibre optic 50 meg bb plus landline and 2 mobile Sims with very generous allowance for just over £30 a month for the sake of a couple of phonecalls.

That will teach them to try and increase prices mid contract!
