Have you got the item yet? If not start a chargeback...you have nothing to lose now.

    He's awful.
Good grief, why people are still dealing with him I'll never know.

If he has said anything personal report their messages to ebay abuse. Particularly the one about being SCHIZOPRENIC (sic)
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.
  • You should open an Item Not Received Dispute - that should make them be more pleasant.

None of my mail - from the USA/China/UK has been delayed by the postal strikes - you should have had your item by now.

    thanks guys.

have done so, cept when i tried to escalate the item not received to ebay it closed the dispute and nothing else has happened (odd)

luckily i still had paypal to fall back on

i now have a refund on the way cos he failed to provide any proof of del but now he's reported me for not paying!! (which i provided proof of payment - even copying the message where he confirms it and i STILL got an unpaid item stirke *grrr*

    i've obviously appealed against it

I think you need to quote the transaction no. of your original payment. Hope the appeal is successful.
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

That happened to me once too. I'd bought some Yu-Gi-Oh! cards from a listing which had UK as the item location and nothing in the description to contradict that. About a week later, I received an empty slit-open envelope from the US (the contents presumably having been stolen in transit). The seller refused to refund me and accused me of lying, so I started a Paypal claim against him, he opened an unpaid item dispute before I got a refund via Paypal, but I still got an unpaid item strike.
The good news is I did sucessfully appeal against the strike, and I got my refund eventually, though it took ages to process.
