It's the extended delivery times that annoy me.
I've got no problem ordering from Hong Kong, as long as I know roughly what kind of delivery time to expect! (ie, that it's not coming from Essex!)
My TV is broken!

Postal strikes have affected my post - some parcels sent first class have taken over a week to arrive. My post lady says they have a huge backlog.
I have spoken to a few ebay sellers who say they are having to deal with buyers asking where their items are.2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j0 -

I just waited 21 days for an item when the listing stated 5-7 days.
My seller was drop shipping. He seemed to think everything was fine and I and no cause for issue!
I think a lot of sellers should demonstrate more transparency in the listing. If I knew he was drop-shipping I would have been happy to wait.
They bring it on themselves but don't seem to care less.
the NEG you leave him will probably be off his feedback front page in a few days, it will stay on the buyers front page for ages and have a much bigger effect on the buyers feedback score.0 -
But it'll bring down his score, and people will still look for it. One neg on a buyer's feedback matters not one jot.0

i work in customer services and i would never even think about threatening a customer! EVER!

still no item (as of 2pm, 8th Aug) and since i first posted this i've had more threats and even called me [FONT=Arial, Verdana]schizoprenic[/FONT] (how thats relevent i dont know) alongside threatening to 'take me down' or 'bury me' if i try and get my money back?! (it makes me wonder what this guys problem is :mad:)
he's a bully and basically trying to scare me down into accepting that he is right and i'm wrong and should wait a month for something i've already paid for!
i've left a neg, which has been replied and replicated on my side (VERY unhappy about it all) and i have reported to ebay in ever which-way possible (i'm actually quite upset about it all for some reason)
seller has continually lied and tried to make out I was out of line (i've read back along some of his other neg's/neautrals and he sounds just as nasty)
