.....and having logged on today to get in touch, discovered that their website has gone! Then I read some more on MSE, and have realised that I am up the creek! Had received LBCCC from Parking Eye (followed old advice), and paid this company to sort for me. Now I am expecting my husband to be called to Court!! I want to cry......it's not even my ticket, its my husband's but I was left to sort. I dont know what to do.........can anyone advise? Thank you.

I have just visited their website and it tells you to lodge a dispute with paypal, which they won't contest. I did this and they have escalated it to a claim, so all is not lost in terms of fee paid. As for handling your parking notice, I have sent these folks my details earlier but have heard nothing back from them yet. ..... And here we have yet another reason why I will not recommend this type of service again.

I will go to Paypal but im not so worried about £16, its the thought that we will now be stung at court for godknows how much. Thank you Captain Leaky, I will write tomorrow.

What was the date on the LBCCC - if it is close to the 14 day reply time LBCCC fightback chain for a quick untailored reply - use the first one on that thread.

And do raise a dispute with PayPal for the other payment made

Thank you for your reply. I haven't got it on me but the 14 day deadline was Christmas Eve - hence why I am in a state. Not heard anything from anyone.
