query on plusnet phone pls

Hello
I am changing to plusnet and am awaiting my mac number from my own supplier.
Included in my package is free evenings and weekends, but when I got my letter from plusnet, the phone plan says "line only".
I'll phone them to query this, but thoght i would ask the question on here, does 'line only' mean calls are charged at evenings and weekends?
