Its been a week not received voucher. Resorted to twitter and was emailed a voucher immediately, why could it not have been sorted when I spoke to them?. Am annoyed that had to make so much effort - no apology or explanation, am wondering how many people will not notice that their voucher failed to appear0

I seem to have made a mistake with this card. Drawn in by the 19 months free interest on purchases I didn't pay enough attention to the T&C.
According to the website you get free interest only if you pay the card off in full every 55 days. Not what I was looking for

The summary clearly states 0% p.a for purchases for 19 months from account opening

surely thats AFTER the introductory 19 months 0% interest.
Most credit cards have 55 days interest free.
eg . spend at start of month and don't pay until statement payment due date0 -

I do not understand how come 0% interest for purchase for 19 Month if you need to pay the balance in full every 55 days ????? It seems quite tricky/cheeky here as people will never pay interest in any creditcard anyway if they clear their balance in full in every statement month (30 days).
Anyone could interpret this M&S T&C ??
Interest is not charged if you pay in full each statement (up to 55days).
If you don't clear in full then interest would be charged at the relavent APR - for the first 19months that rate is 0%, i.e. no interest.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
