windows 7 home premium

a Dell and says designed for windows XP on a sticker on the laptop0 -
I don't know if this is available in Win 7 (it's certainly available in Win 8 & 8.1), but it's worth a look.
Go to Control Panel>System>Action Centre.
Recovery
Refesh your PC without affecting
your files, or reset it and start again.
As I say, I don't know if it's available in Win 7, but it's worth checking and (if available) trying, having of course, backed up your data to an external drive.0 -
