Great news for us.
We got the approval for the mortgage today so were all go. Its all in the hands on my solicitor who is really pushing for a hand over by the end of the month.
We cant believe it. I mean we havent even started packing!!!
Our turn around has been EXCEPTIONALLY quick i believe.
I think we have been very lucky to have the right broker, the right solicitor etc.

if the worse comes to the worse you could put your stuff in storage and find somewhere to stay temporarily. It wouldn't be the end of the world.0 -
Sorry to be a bit negative but ours fell through way after that point, right before completion.0

Hopefully you managed to get some sleep. If I were you though, I would send another letter today, 1st class recorded telling the LL that the letter of notice that you sent was sent in error. Better than a frantic phonecall which won't be any help as it is just verbal. I think anyway but haven't rented for years so am just thinking in a common sense way. Hopefully you can exchange asap in which case you get your notice away, and start packing also asap.
Declutter and get rid of all the cr*p you have accumulated that you don't want to have to transport. And enjoy your new home once you're in.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
(he points to some plastic cows on the table) are very small; those (pointing at some cows out of the window) are far away...
