Holiday Haggler I've been Money Tipped!
Lots of people have opinions about new builds but do they live in one? I love my Taylor Wimpey home. There were snagging issues but they all got sorted!
  • Hi, me and my other half reserved a taylor wimpey home on sunday just gone. it was a really reasonable price. the area is great and we're very excited. I would just like to know from anybody who will share with me...how the process goes after reserving, what questions to ask our site manager (we have an appointment with him saturday coming), pros, and what they got in with their choices.

    thanks :rotfl:
  • My sister bought a new 3 bed TW home a few months ago and she absolutely loves it.

I couldn't live there though, the garden is an OK size but overlooked in all directions with hardly any natural light apart from at midday, the roads are tiny, I struggle to get down the road if someone has parked on the pavement and I only have a 307 so not a big car, no parking spaces so visitors have to park a good 5 minute walk away, all windows downstairs at the front look straight into a garage wall, their driveway links to a neighbours driveway so if the neighbour parks two cars on their driveway my sister can't even get onto hers. Inside however is lovely.
