We have a housing benefit officer that posts on the forum mjcbright, I'm sure they'll be able to help when online, as well as all the others that have already offered advice.
I would also recommend contacting Shelter, not so much for the benefit side but to advise on the debt issue and ensuring you get to keep your property.0 -
If your working 30+ hours a week, receiving CTC & WTC, I don't see how you get HB & CTB at all ?0
