sign in pick the device and it will scrub the data as soon as it get power and connects

I think ADM needs to be installed on the device first before any such feature will work? (I don't think it is installed as standard - I have it on my phone but I remember having to download it from Play).

Tafel how do I enable device encryption please?


Ican not remove the battery as it is firmly screwed down and the handset has no life at all.....is devise encryption on a PC?

I have been into google live accounts management and device manager but it does not let me remove the phone just puts me in a loop to change word.

I appreciate your help guys. Thanks

Encryption is on the device itself - if you've not already done it, and you can't access the device menus, then it's too late.
