BT.....yet another complaint!

Having be a customer of BT for more years than I care to remember, I had a number of problems when they switched my phone service over to fibre; I was without a landline for a month last summer! I decided to move my telephone and broadband service to another supplier on 15th December 2014. In this day and age of technology the switch should have been plain sailing......but not with BT involved.
Last week I received confirmation for an order that I apparently placed for BT Infinity Option 2 - I have never placed this order so who has raised this order without my knowledge or consent?? No one at BT appears to know! Despite several phone calls they took payment out of my bank account for the broadband service up to February 2015. I should have been paid a refund for telephone and broadband charges that I paid in advance. Telephoned BT again today and was given a complaints reference number and told someone would get back to me in 10 days......outrageous customer service! When is the regulator going to sort this company out - how can they treat customers like this??!!
I have now sent a letter of complaint to BT and if this isn't resolved asap I guess the regulator will be the next course of action.
