Indeed it very much isn't.
If a company breaks the BPA Code of Practice the DVLA leave it to the BPA to deal with it.
But when Preserve lied through their teeth to get access to and were proven to do so - they DVLA continued to supply them - and they were NOT a member of an ATA.0 -
Exactly, Manx. DVLA's idea of investigating is getting the BPA to do it for them.
Translated in to the real world.
