I'm doing an interview with the BBC for Look East, broadcast at 6:30pm which will be about the DVLA selling RK details to private companies.
Then at 7:30pm Inside Out (East region) will have an item about the Beavis appeal case, for which they have recorded interviews with Barry Beavis and myself.
These are on the local BBC channel, not BBC HD, but you can catch them if you're a Sky customer on channel 961. I'll post the links from iPlayer later.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

You should charge a personal appearance fee as you are becoming something of a celeb, bargepole. Loved the way the BMPA (NB: MSE Team, the BMPA is an independent charity, not any appeals firm) came out with so much more credibility than the BPA did on the radio this morning!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They didn't broadcast the interview on Look East, but the Inside Out piece about the Beavis case is now on iPlayer:

I watched the bit in the car park that featured you, beavis and a lady that found the landowner who were a pension company , was on for maybe 10 minutes tops, at the beginning, so thanks for the heads up (it was listed on sky as you said and on the freesat regional channels too - I watched it on freesat)
ps:- the one on that bbc east programme was the same as the iplayer one0 -
One mistake on there was the statement that the loss had been suffered by the PPC. I thought any losses should be those suffered by the landowner not by a PPC.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Yes well done, unless people are aware that these are not fines etc but invoices the more people will fight it, many I have spoken to in similar situations, just pay as they think they are legal. this site certainly opened up my eyes, thank you all i'm fighting one at the moment0

An excellent piece, but very much preaching to the converted I am afraid.
The people who need to see this are probably in deep shock at the death of whatshername on that programme about pubgoers oop north, what's it called, Coronary Street? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
