    @BP - you're far too kind. Here are some of his (verbatim) hapless moments.
    Most motorists wouldn't receive a ticket for 15 minutes overstay
    - yeh, right!
    It's not in these companies' interests to issue a ticket that is wrong
    - yeh, right again!
    'It's not justified' (in the context of 15 minute overstays)
    - for once, correct!
    It just doesn't happen' (being 'fined' for 15 minutes overstays)
    - pants back on fire!
    I don't think it's fair' (that people are 'fined' for 15 minutes overstays)
    - confessional time!
    Parking 'fines' 'are not enforceable by law'
    - from the horse's mouth!

    Oh dear. Teehee! How very inept. Loved the presenters mocking him afterwards. And then they made it a news headline that the fake fines are unenforceable! Priceless!

    And if the BPA say the charges are not legally enforcable, where does that leave PE with their defence at the CoA?

    Good to hear Iain Lee keep the stuttering Dave Smith on the hook to confirm that he had said the charges were unfair - again and again - and Mr. Smith couldn't get the right words to get off.

    I am not that bothered about the word "fine" being used, that was dealt with by bargepole at the beginning, and, for the general public, "parking charges" can be confused with the parking fee.

    This was a very good piece for us and if you listen further, Ian Lee says "Boy, that guy from the BPA really set things straight (said sarcastically). That's made the whole scam clear".

    Later on, other contributors gave advice to ignore quoting their own cases. Not helpful.
