Newbie Link Posting Ban

Hi there!
I joined the MSE Board in the past few days to ask some questions about the work done on my new fireplace. I've had some great help so far, but I've been asked to post some pictures so the actual cracks can be seen.
However, as a Newbie I can't post links, including the links to the pictures. I understand why the ban on links exists, but can't see how many posts I need before I can post links - I'd quite like to get some feedback on the fireplace asap.
Thanks for any help, and apologies if I've missed a thread/post that says this.

You can't post live links.
Kill them by inserting, say, spaces, e.g.
http/www.moneysavingexpert.com/ as against http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/
Other members can re-post them live (or as a picture) for you if needed.0 -

its number of posts not length of time. you only have 4 posts which isnt enough
I think the restriction is based on both.
