How many NPB strikes does it take?

I had a batch of 12" singles from the late 70's up as BIN. A buyer contacted me asking for a deal on 10 discs. No problem, I gave them a price that they were happy with and bought all 10. Needless to say they didn't pay and ignored all messages. I registered a NPB against each item but they are still dealing on EBay. I can't answer your question but I can be fairly certain the answer is greater than ten.0

eBay are unlikely to pull an account due to NPBS but as above - buyers effectively ban themselves from any savvy sellers items if they have 2 or more strikes.
I only have to look at my log of buyers who have been automatically blocked due to having too many unpaid strikes, to know it works. I also get the occasional email asking me to relax my block as due to some excuse or other they didn't really mean to end up with unpaid strikes and really really want my item.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I made an offer on an item over xmas. It timed out because they didnt check ebay until the new year.
Listing had ended but must have auto relisted. They answered my question from the previous one and i made an offer., They accepted but it took a few days between me offering them accepting and me paying.
If more sellers set prefs to block buyers with unpaid strikes and actually filed a dispute for non paying bidder there would be less of them.
But only 24 hours... Ive bought stuff on my phone, But i wont use paypal on my phone so paying needs to wait until i get home.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
