Inside Out-East BBC1 19/1, 1930hrs
Broadcast 19th Monday 1930hrs and of course available on iplayer. One of the subjects discussed will be, to quote:
"The legal case that is challenging companies who charge for overstaying your welcome in car parks. Anyone parking in some car parks is allowed to do so for free, providing they don't stay longer than its time limit. Staying a few minutes beyond that limit can result in charges of more than £100.."

They filmed an interview with Mr Beavis for this, and some other well known member of this forum, at the retail park at the centre of the case.
How much of that gets broadcast, is anyone's guess.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0
