Yes, but you've already said that is a RBS ATM, I expect what they mean is one of their own ATMs, branded Tesco Bank. I think most stores have them now but some, as you've found, still have RBS ones. I doubt whether one of these would allow a PIN change on another bank's card without a chip.0 -

I have three Tesco stores relatively near me and all of them have RBS branded ATMs. When did Tesco branded ones come in? One of the stores is pretty new.0 -
Tesco ATMs are currently run by RBS; a holdover from when Tesco Bank was a Tesco / RBS joint venture.
Each is basically an RBS cashline with the branding and software customised.solentsusie wrote: »I have three Tesco stores relatively near me and all of them have RBS branded ATMs. When did Tesco branded ones come in? I used a Nationwide machine to change the PIN on mine last week.
Edit: But that was a Tesco Current account card. I have changed the PIN on a savings account at a Tesco/RBS branded ATM in the past.43580 -

Well I went to the new Tesco up the road this morning and have found that I have been able to change my pin - yipee!
There is a option on this ATM that says 'Charity and other services", the PIN change option is under that.0
