Is it only Overdraft Charges

Oldwiring, the official source for it is reading the OFT press release, FSA website and FOS website which all have an interest in the case. The OFT have defined unauthorised overdrafts as Unpaids, referral and Unarranged borrowing fees classed as 'unauthorised fees'. The FSA has given the waiver of claims with regards to 'unauthorised fees'. The FOS will not deal with any claims unless there is extreme hardship or benefit money(state money) being taken by charges.0
