Any ideas anyone, I had to come out of a contract with Virgin as we moved house and they didn't provide any service to the new address, if they did we would have stayed, now they're asking for the remainder of the 12 month agreement to be paid even though it's not my fault they don't rpovide any services, am I liable?
If not what do I do as they ignore my e mails!

As state, this would have been detailed in the contract you took out when you joined. You need to pay I'm afraid, or have your credit rating trashed, which won't be worth it.
PHONE them (not email) and sir it out asap if you value your credit rating.0 -
I would negotiate with them -no harm in trying for a goodwill reduction.0
