Hi in January last year i took out 2 o2 contacts with carphone warehouse i was sold 2 4g tariff`s when i took them out the sales guy said 4g will be in your area in November.
Any way its 1 year on no 4g so i rang them to sort it out . O2 said we can lower the tariff to a 3g one but cost will be the same . Not happy so told they would look into it for me who sold me the contract .
So the guy who sold me the two contracts called today he admited he may have misold me them and best he could do is give me 30 pounds back and lower my tariff but i would pay the same .
Im not happy with this and told him this and he said maybe i should call ofcom . But as it was after 5pm they are closed .
Where do i stand on this?
